We live here. We sell what we would buy ourselves — from a €36,000 studio in Mijas Costa to a €4.95m villa on the Golden Mile.

Spanish Properties Marbella is run by Lee Ward and Cecilie Ekmark from our offices at Playa Marina, Las Lagunas de Mijas. We handle the whole purchase: viewings arranged in one trip, lawyer and notary introductions, NIE numbers, mortgage contacts, utilities and aftercare. Nothing is subcontracted to a call centre.
